1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using PowerPipeline ("the Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

PowerPipeline is a sales and marketing platform operated by Confidiance Bank. The Platform enables registered users to:

  • Receive and manage leads from Confidiance Bank registrations
  • Track KYC progress and deposit events
  • Earn commissions on successful conversions
  • Access performance dashboards and reporting

3. User Registration

To use the Platform, you must register for an account and provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. User Roles

The Platform supports different user roles including Sales Agents, Customer Service representatives, and Influencers. Each role has specific responsibilities and commission structures as detailed in the Earnings section of the Platform.

5. Commission and Payouts

Commissions are calculated based on the rules set forth by Confidiance Bank. Key points include:

  • Commissions are triggered only after KYC Level 2 completion AND first deposit
  • Base commission rate is 6% on first deposit amount
  • Performance bonuses may apply based on target achievement
  • Payouts require a linked and verified Confidiance Bank account
  • Commissions must be approved before payout

6. Performance Targets

Users may be assigned performance targets. If performance falls below 80% at designated checkpoints:

  • Account access may be temporarily restricted
  • Users must select an assistance option (coaching, training, etc.)
  • An admin or manager must unlock the account

7. Prohibited Activities

Users must not:

  • Provide false or misleading information to leads
  • Share account credentials with third parties
  • Attempt to manipulate commission calculations
  • Engage in any fraudulent or illegal activities
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

8. Data Protection

All lead and customer data must be handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws including POPIA. Users must not share, sell, or misuse any personal information obtained through the Platform.

9. Termination

Confidiance Bank reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or fail to meet performance standards.

10. Limitation of Liability

Confidiance Bank shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Platform.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or Platform notification.
